Fun fact: there's a lot of history here at Gracie's! We took over the former Koch's Drive In, which since the mid-1950's or so has been a landmark restaurant for our area. This was one of our inspirations in developing our menu at Gracie's Luncheonette!
We are Ally and Andrew, and we founded Gracie's in 2014. The two of us met in college at the Culinary Institute of America, and instantly bonded over our love of food. From the day we met, we began dreaming up ideas for our business together. After graduating from culinary school, we spent some time honing our skills as chefs, butchers, bakers, and even farmers, and four years later we opened our first food truck! After a couple successful food truck seasons we were able to open our first brick and mortar location, Gracie's Luncheonette, in Leeds NY.
Our goal at Gracie's is to provide the best version of the classic comfort foods that we all know and love. We've always loved a challenge, and we spend countless hours in the kitchen working to develop our scratch-made recipes. We believe that the more we put into it, the more you will get out of it. We do this all for our love of food and our local community. We work hard to provide feel-good food! Your support of us directly supports all the local producers that we work with, and also keeps us doing what we love to do.
